Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you submit via the contact form: name, email, company name, and the message itself. Plus basic technical info your browser sends automatically (user agent, language) so we can serve the right page and language.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and track potential business relationships. That's it. We don't sell or share your contact form data, and we never use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Submissions go to our Notion workspace (lead management) and a notification email is sent through Google Workspace. Both providers have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Lead data is retained while the business relationship is active. If we never connect, we may keep it for up to 24 months as commercial history. You can request deletion any time.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags to measure how our advertising performs (for example, whether a visit or inquiry came from an ad). These tags set cookies and share usage data with Google, which handles it under its own privacy policy. We don't run any other analytics. We also use browser localStorage to remember your theme preference (day/night/lux) — that data never leaves your browser.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@luxeranlabs.com. We respond within one business day.
